1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

PawBruush currently ships to selected countries worldwide.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–25 business days

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, PawBruush may offer free shipping promotions. Any such promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.
5. Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
PawBruush is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
PawBruush is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
PawBruush is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in locating it.
9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
